Convention Management provides a completely interactive, online registration and ticket selling service via our iVvy registration system.
This cloud based system can be used to provide online registrations for conferences as well as to sell tickets for dinners, charity and community events (such as fun runs, concerts or festivals).
Using a secure website registrants provide their email address and then select their options. They then enter any optional information required (demographics, dietary or accommodation requirements, acknowledgement of terms and conditions etc). Once this is completed the last section lists payment options such as a secure DPS credit card facility. Immediately after this is completed a confirmation email is sent along with an invoice. Attendees can re-access this information to alter their details or reprint a copy of their invoice whenever they wish.
If required the system also emails a unique ticket to each registrant. This is then printed by the attendee and scanned upon arrival to gain entry to your event. This eliminates the requirement to post our courier out tickets as they are sold (unlike other ticket providers who sell concert and sporting events tickets). Saving attendees costs and organisers valuable time.
Our clients can visit their registration site to see a breakdown of total details and delegate demographics in real-time, keeping a close eye on their event and its income.
The complete system can be taken on site to handle replacement tickets, name badges or last minute new registrations.
Our charges for these services vary and are calculated based on the expected number of attendees and if relevant the amount of time spent working alongside you to deliver the required information.
